There will be resistance because there will be a lot of changes, but he will absorb it all. We have a lot of support services and resources down here, so don't let anyone fill your head with thoughts that these changes can't be implemented. A good example is they need another storage facility, that's the last think you need. You need to start throwing things off the Island not build more buildings to house things.
