He paid $21,225,000 in 2008. It was a new spec w en e ought it. Its on 22V of oceanfront and has about 17,000 sf living area, 23,000 sf overall. It is just south of McKinney's(now Camey) vacant land. We went through it about 18 mos ago. Taylor is a car dealer. He still owns in PS which he paid about $25M for in 2003. That is a strong sale.
