I would love to go to the class at Jivamukti at 8.30 but putting what you want first is my priority.
I can either take K with me OR if she docsnt want to go and you want me to be with her we can
stay here.
Maybe some movement would be beneficial for all panics involved though ;) The class will be a
little challenging for her but the teacher is wonderful and she can do as much as she would like.
Maybe she will love it.
