More phone and less email which i think has been very productive. Often when we speak I ask what else is going on... Why are my hearing today from Jack that the tile we bought from California that cost 16,000.01 had a restocking fee of 4,768.75. Does JEE know about this? Did you challenge this with Jack? I am not going to pay this. In addition, Jeffrey has always told you to keep me in the loop regarding equipment sales. Why am i finding out today that you are in the process of selling 4 pieces of equipment. Please advise.
