They had to remove the coil which is not part of the normal monthly maintenance due to heavy amount of sand that was sucked in by the unit. He told me the unit should have been shut down during the sanding process to have avoided this issue. This ended up costing $2,129.80 which could have been avoided if there had been some common sense used.
