Taking this, the issues I personally witnessed last week, and for the fact that Bill, or anyone for that matter, can't answer simple questions on materials, production schedules, etc. tells me that you are being told what you want to here and is the reason I made the decision that I did. Something has to be done to show you and I are serious when schedules are missed and there is no valid reason that their are consequences. I have been on this job full time for 2 weeks and and learning how things work. Have a good thanksgiving and we can discuss in detail while on site. I arrive Monday and will be their all week.
