It essentially says that Krantz does not care about anything but getting a judgment against me. He suggested to Trent that I quit fighting and agree to a judgment, then try to negotiate something. I don't know about these things, but I cannot see how it is to my advantage to agree to a judgment for the entire amount. Krantz said my fighting it is making the bank angry because it is expensive. Well, that is the point I'm trying to make, right? Even so, Krantz indicated PNC has no interest in talking settlement without a judgment. He also told Trent I should make myselfjudgment proof. I can sell some of the annuities and pay off the $190,000.00 I owe another bank (was loan to Mike), but that would be just to insure I didn't lose the funds and still owe the loan. Your thoughts about judgment-proofing me? More pressing is how and when to go to PBSO. After getting the email I held off calling MG until I talk with you. I think it is even more important now that I know the bank will not cooperate. Let me know what you think. ( I still have a call in about the 13th & 14th). Hope all is well with you.
