The cell phone system is working intermittently but cannot access internet. My brother is going to go up to a hotel which has a satellite system tonight to send the pictures (very expensive). The town is down to one power generator and certain parts of the town get power at different times, not predictable times either and both power and Telekom are needed to send pictures. The crates are made. I have to get export permits from the National Museum and I need the pictures to get to the Museum so they can issue the permits. I am sorry but this is a very third world.
