After reviewing his initial request and then the counter offers, I would like make the following comments. l.1 think that the four day week option would be detrimental to both his crew and the island as a whole. 2. Dividing service to an employer vs client is always a tricky thing, and generally always fails at some point. 3. There is enough work for a full time landscape supervisor on LSJ Igala works extremely bard and manages his crew well, he did a fantastic job in regard to the Transporting of the palm trees from PR Overall he is a asset to you crew and is one of the better landscape supervisor employed during our time with LSJ. I also outlined my views with Gary and he agrees that the below recommendation would be the best course of action.
