The lawyer sent an inquiry regarding our documents to immigration office and they said that we have to wait in our line for consideration of the case . And not only we are waiting so long , a lot of ppl have the same situation , because this year were so many immigrants they never had before. And my "husband" with lawyer called today to the Social security office to define why we still didn't get the reference with permission to work and that we not going to wait anymore longer . They checked us in computer to make sure we are in the database and said that Monday or Tuesday they will let us now , when is the reference will be ready . The reason why it's Social Security office but not The Department because we both have already SSN , we suppose to deal with The department in that case if we wouldn't have it .so will wait till Monday or Tuesday otherwise will continue to pester them until we get it on our hands .
