We can raise the ceiling height in the living room. A couple of questions: • How low can we drop the floor elevation of the living room below +59'? • Do you have a preferred elevation from what we sent? • We can't lower the pool ceiling height too much and fit in the mezzanine access, but we could lower the whole thing. Exterior Elevations ("elevation study A..." and "elevation study b..."): These sketches are based on what was discussed last week. • "A" includes sloped-roof and flat-roof version that matches the design of the existing buildings. • "B" includes a flat-roof mission-style concept for the living room, with the two options for the entry building (one mission, one matching existing). • Our initial preference is leaning towards the sloped-roof version of A, but we want to each scheme with you in more detail.
