We can raise the ceiling height in the living room. A couple of questions: How low can we drop the floor elevation of the living room below +59'? Do you have a preferred elevation from what we sent? We can't lower the pool ceiling height too much and fit in the mezzanine access, but we could lower the whole thing. Please send us comments on this, and we can update the layout to reflect it. Plans ("G5 main level", "G5 lower level", and "G5 mezzanine level", "G5 roof"): Please confirm if we are approved to proceed with this building layout. We need to get the main building going ASAP , and want to release the structural engineer and pool engineer to move ahead. Tom is still studying the stairs and the exterior elevations; that can continue to develop. But we need to know if the main "boxes" are set. Exterior Elevations ("elevation study A..." and "elevation study b..."): These sketches are based on what was discussed last week. "A" includes sloped-roof and flat-roof version that matches the design of the existing buildings. "B" includes a flat-roof mission-style concept for the living room, with the two options for the entry building (one mission, one matching existing). Our initial preference is leaning towards the sloped-roof version of A, but we want to each scheme with you in more detail. Sections: These show the basic heights, based on the sloped-roof version of elevation "A". Please review and comment, and let us know if the floor plans are approved!
