the Minsky conference. could you please let me know:
1. Are the dates of Dec. 9-12 ok with you?
2. Is it ok to invite Joe Rosen(Danmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center-Plastic Surgery) as per
Minsky request?
3. Can ea of the participants have their immediate 2nd in command come along, as per Minsky
request?
4. Can Cecile book 1st class tickets for participants & their spouses?
