Subject: Re: STT fuel tank area
ok„
plus, I will make contact with Chuck and see if the Toronto Buyer for the Bell 407 is still at the table with offer of
1.85M USD,,,,if you think its time to sell, the Buyer would pay for the prebuy on the 407 which in our case would
be the annual, and airworthy items are for us to correct,., could save the $12,000 in labor for annual,
your thoughts?

Jeffrey,
Walter Challenger (Port Authority STT) contacted me yesterday in regards to our 50x40 foot
fuel tank area. He recommended us to contact Britt Harrington the owner of ExecuJet FBO in
St Thomas with regards to Fuel storage and containment area located next to Execujet's fuel
farm.
Britt just called me and asked if we would be interested in sharing the cost of building the
concrete fuel storage area which is located next to ExecuJet's fuel farm. Britt is required by
Port Authority to improve Execujet's fuel storage area to EPA and DPNR standards as we will
have to comply the same. Would be nice to have another Fuel ally in St Thomas if we where
able to combine the Fuel storage pit area construction, if you think it's appropriate?
Could we use our Cement mixers and manpower to complete this project and charge Britt
accordingly?
your thoughts?
