The bank has filed for a trial date and for Summary Judgment--wants the judge to simply find we owe the money and issue a judgment. Trent thinks they produced all of the bank records. I will go look at them to be sure. I want to stall the trial if possible. I can: I) file a motion to disqualify the new judge on the case because of a personal relationship, 2) go to PBSO if it seems Mike stole money from the Hardman Development account and see if criminal charges will slow things doen (allege Bank did not protect the money).
