Re:
Jeffrey,
I use Nicolas to expedited the process of getting you on your way to LSJ. This saves the time of
me pre-flighting, loading and starting. Since yesterday was a short duty day and flight from PBI-
SIT, it was my error, I should have flown, and certainly will in the future. Once we have the 430
in St thomas, since its on wheels it will be easy to move the 430 in position next to an area where
we park the Gulfstream. I will only refer to Nicolas/or even use Darren for help if we arrive from
a long european trip to fly helicopter, the midnight arrival scenario.
Nicolas should have had the Helicopter running and air conditioner cooling once we landed, when
I saw him standing there waiting, I was already upset, I try to expedite any arrival so you are not
standing around waiting for staff to load the aircraft.
I need to ask Brice if he can spare an old Gator 4x4 for me to use to move the helicopter on its
dolly, the one I currently have at the airport recently broke, it will not start and breaks down
regularly.
I was going to request your approval to purchase a new gator or golf cart to use as a tug once we
have the Bell 430 in service. The Siminole Tribe actually use an eletric golf cart to move their 430
into the hanger with case, so Pm thinking a golf cart would be fine.
Thank you,
Larry
