Can hooks for robes be placed on columns? Heard something about lockers too. Are they to be underneath counter (< 42" high) or maybe two lockers next to columns 60" high. Floating dock; last time I heard you had said to wait till bouy was in. If it is to reinstalled now what position should it be in. Also I heard it needed some new flotation material. Is that correct?
