Michael, I just learned there is a short sale on the property set for tomorrow and I may be able to
settle me out of the mortgage. What I need to know is whether the difference in the amounts
can be put on a 1099 to me and whether the difference would flow thru Hardman Development
to me. Can I sell or transfer my stock in Hardman Development to Mike before the sale so that 1
do not get socked with a big IRS bill?
