In exchange for me giving it to him, he is installing the generator at my house for free and helping my guys from Texas box, ship, throw away things we don't want, and clean the hanger. So, it isn't costing me anything to give it away. If you want it, you will need to make me an offer where I can compensate Stone as well as something in it for me. I've already promised it to him and need to do something for him if I don't let him have it. Otherwise, I would rather just give it to him where he can do things for me in return to save me costs. I know it is a monster. It cost me 75K to build 15 years ago. It was built to housing and storm code which is why Stone wants it I built it where 1 could move it outside if t needed more hanger space. Let me know. Rod Rod M.
