To: [email protected][jeevacation@gmaitcom]; [email protected]@gmail.com] From: Lvjet Sent: Wed 1/25/2012 4:01:18 AM Subject: Bell 430 UK update Jeffrey I spoke to Craig in London regarding the Bell 430 and our $1,550,000.00 offer. Craig spoke in length to Mick Bailey the own of the Bel 430, and it is Craig's belief that Mr. Bailey will accept a $1.600,000.00 AS IS Offer, and asked if we would come up $50k to make this deal happen? (just a thought, we could request $50K labor credit with PremiAir if repairs are accomplished at their facility?). Craig told me PremiAir reduced their commission on the sale from $100k USD to $60K USD to help in this negotiation. PremiAir is owed $100K + in storage and maintenance, plus the $60K commission Mr Bailey will pay at closing at his expense. Craig has told me that $1.6M USD is a low but fare offer and is able to convince the seller to accept this offer. When we where looking at the Tribes Bell 430, Paul Shrader told me not to pay more than $3M for a Bell 430 of that vintage, even though the Tribes Bell 430 rumored to sell for $3.1M (I definitely do not want to mention to Paul this helicopter could be purchased for $1.6M, although, I value his opinion, I think even Craig is surprised we are in this price range.) We could possibly arrange for the chief inspector from Edwards & Assoc, fly to London and inspect the log books, complete visual inspection and evaluate the helicopter for us, even if purchase is -As is- pls advise if you have interest still? thank you, Larry EFTA_R1_00522805 EFTA02018752
