What this means is we will not be putting up any cash, but will endeavor to sell underwriting of the dinners, lunches, breaks, and individual tickets for a commission of 15% (he may think it's only worth 10% but he agreed to 15% last time so let's try.) This will enable us to be in the hunt so to speak for partnering and a bigger role in the 2n° two events, no guarantees, along side IDG as the event providers. I need a simple agreement ---very simple — the covers the following if all agree: 1) IIR will: a. Endeavor to secure function (dinner, lunch, break) underwriters for the wwwconference in September 2012. b. Endeavor to sell tickets for the wwwconference in September 2012. 2) RSW will: a. List IIR and Informa company as (TBD & agreed) on all programs and event sites/communications b. Pay IIRUSA a 15% commission on revenues sold for the wwwconference c. View IIR/Informa as a future partner in the Prophesy Event, the FEDMED event and as a serious contender for eventual purchase of the wwwconference(s) (I don't like the word view in 2.c... but blank mind at the moment.
