Subject: Little Saint James
Mr. Epstein, my second trip to Little Saint James gave me much more incite as to what your
needs are in overseeing your assets. I spent a lot of time with your three key personnel there
(Brice, Karen, and Gary) and see where there is abeak down in the "system". As opposed to me
going in and figuring out purely where the waste and inefficencys are with the project.
Granted there are a sizable number of ways for you to save money in the operation of the Island.
Which the professionals I brought in will detail for you tomorrow. Due to the storm they were
buried in work, being landscapers and electrical specialists you could well imagine the demands
placed upon them yesterday and today.
But getting back to the initial conversation we had two weeks ago, I find the opportunity of
overseeing your assets as very intriguing and I would like to follow up with you as to where this
interest might lead. You have some terrific people that need some direction and attention, and
with the right leadership can guarantee that you can enjoy the experience you envisioned when
you acquired your fabulous assets.
Tomorrow I will forward you a detailed report on the landscaping, electrical, and water needs of
the Island that I am sure you will find insightful, the delay is because of the storm.
Regards,
Rich
