To: [email protected][[email protected]]; jeevacation mail.com '[email protected]] From: Sent: Tue 2/21/2012 10:32:53 AM Subject: Bell 407/430 update Jeffrey,. I'm in Famborogh now, I will be reviewing log books on Bell 430 shortly. I've been in contact with a buyer for the Bell 407 directly, NO broker involved. Bob McCoy, owner of WestWind Helicopters in Dallas TX. He wants to purchase and close on the Bell 407 by March 5th, he is aware of the 1.9M asking price and verbally offered 1.8M. There may be a delay getting our autopilots servos overhauled on the Bell 430. since no loaners or exchange are available according to Bell in Fort Lauderdale. We will need to send ours to Bell for overhaul, Lead time is estimated at 60 days, NOT confirmed,. If the buyer of the Bell 407 is willing to pay a premium of 1.85M net to you, to include the annual inspection currently in progress at Bell, would you be willing to sell the Bell 407 at this time? With the news of this delay in getting our Bell 430 in service, wanted to confirm with you if we should hold off on selling the 407 at this time? I will have firm overhaul date of servos later today,. Global Express flight was great, similar FMS system to GIV, I learned a great deal on the flight. Larry EFTA_R1_00530386 EFTA02023736
