Jeffery — I am forwarding via a separate email a more detailed business plan we sent back in October that has a full P&L and several pages of information on revenue assumptions. The exercise we went through yesterday was to detail operating expenses in our latest views assuming a $10mm raise. In simplistic terms, with a $10mm raise, assume - $4mm will be needed to fund Year 1 operating expenses to produce, distribute and monetize our first "cycle" of content until it begins to generate revenue and move us to profitability. This infrastructure will allow us to execute against our planned production of $10mm worth of content in year 1, $6.5 mm of which will be funded by Google. So, a high level use of proceeds: Year 1 opex: $4mm Year 1 Production not covered by Google: $3.5 Additional opex if needed in Yr 2 (if not yet profitable) and/or additional productions: $2.5 Hope this helps.
