Among his business 'nterests, which include a billboard company, Vahan Gureghian is the founder and CEO of CSMI, a management and consulting firm for the charter-school industry. The company also runs a large charter school hat he founded in Chester, Pa., more than a decade ago. Politically well-connected, Gureghian served on the ransition team for Republican Gov. Tom Corbett of Pennsykania after his election in 2010. When the Gureghians' trust bought 1071 N.
