Leslie: we do NOT have a great Hyatt in SF. The Grand is under renovation, and will be great when it's done. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it now. I'd suggest the St. Regis, Four Seasons, maybe the Ritz in that order, depending on the location he wants. Surprisingly, not great 5 star hotels in this town. If he DOES want to stay at the Grand, we should be able to get him a great room Is he available while he's in SF?
