We can try to stretch that to a clear span in the north-south direction, but the beams may get fairly deep (guessing 4'-5'?) The pool equipment should have direct access from the exterior for servicing. A preliminary cross section through the pool and living room would be helpful to better understand the massing. The size of this building is actually close to the office building at Red Hook where Jeffrey has his office, the parking garage and first floor commercial space is about the size of the pool and the Financial Trust office is a bit shorter than the proposed living room.
