I have offered him a deal of 25% of the total amount of his claim against S. Although the accountants and Amanda do not believe that the amount to be genuine or correct. He is being really difficult over Columbia university fees. However I understand that these have been paid and are no longer an issue (the reason that S is now in the mess she's in because she was trying to find a way of getting the money to pay for him to continue in university) Amanda understands from J that he hasn't signed anything because he doesn't understand that the signature you are after from him does not relate to the deal with me. He needs to understand that my deal is completely sacrosanct and cast iron whatever the deal he does with you is. I am only trying to find a way to solve his problem so S can continue with her life. If he persists in this vein he's not going to get anything because my accountants will be able to crawl all over his claims (which I have prevented so far because I am trying to give him the best deal I can) however my patience is running out. I don't know of any lawyer that would have anything to do with him but we can but ask and I will ask Amanda to find out.
