Here is a website with some of his recent grants and projects: http://www.ieffrevepstein.org/home.html Jeffrey has offered to provide the resources, in the form of a grant, to a 501c3 or charitable equivalent organization that might host a convening related to this topic. He has proposed several venues which could host up to 10 or so of the foremost thinkers in this space.
