We already have access to a frequency license concession(s) and are able to roll out the first private national GSM-t system well in advance of other intl. operators who are interested to enter this market. I know you aren't interested in Costa Rica, but it's the wealthiest untapped telecom market in the region and many large international operators will compete in their frequency license auctions this summer. We will install a state of the art HUAWEI GSM-t system that will make us the first mover to capture the high value government and commercial user market share. I need introductions or leads to telecom funds, individual investors or a stout financial partner for this deal right away. Verizon, Intl has independently confirmed this opportunity and has agreed in principal to act as our principal operating partner, if we need them to attract investors. Otherwise, we have a team of just as capable veteran international wireless experts who will design, build and operate the business.
