I just spoke to John Hennin from Universal Jet, he indicated we would depart US as JEGE and initiate lease upon arrival in Africa. I'd like to give Universal notice so they can make other aircraft arrangements for Ivory Coast,.the first Presidential flight is Friday to Paris. Please advise?
