It would be devastating blow to the company but they would get over it. He's been there like 25 years. He's never known another job as he has only worked there - he's worked just about every position there and the only job left is CEO. And the current CEO isn't going anywhere. Can you think of anywhere he could go or antything for him to do next? He's only 45 and super smart - really robust skills and eager.
