Sony said not to invest any money in the Quallia since its out dated technology, , cheaper brighter projectors are currently available for a 1/4 of the cost of the Quillia,. and repair cost from Sony is high,. I sent Rob (head Tech support for Sony, and Quiallia expert) an email, and asked where we should send the projector to be calibrated, serviced and cost,.
