I will send you Jeffrey's 10 year passport on Monday for Tuesday delivery. I need to keep one passport with him at all times-so need to wait until the 4 year is back in house! (and you are closed Monday anyway!) I also have the 2 Letters of Authorization printed out with only the 2 boxes checked off with his signature...will include with the 10 year passport.
