I hope you have been well.
I'm now back to NYC and checking as usual to see if Jeffrey is in town. I would
love to come by and say hi!
Also, I was walking by Carnegie hall and saw this incredible poster : a
"sandwich" of me between Sir Simon Rattle and Anne-Sophie Von Otter. Please send
Jeffrey the photo, I'm sure he'll be amused and I'll speak about the concert with
