In addition we require all project related expenses including but not limited to all travel, and professional renderings, to also be covered by you. We are still checking availability of the various professional rendering companies we work with, but given the multiple components of the project, we should anticipate approximately 10 renderings at $4,000 each. It is a lot less expensive to view and modify the designs virtually rather than after they are built.
