I had the vacuum guy out to our house cause it has not been sucking properly and the hose was disconnecting from the attachment_they cleaned out, and I bought a new hose that is specific for carpet...as well as a sock thing to protect our walls if G accidentally hits the wall...we will be getting a bill! but it all needed to be done...they also cut down 2 exhausts on the outside of the house that he said should have been cut down when the house was finished but he never got a call to come back...he did it now for us...
