Jeffrey had reservations at the Mandarin in Marrakesh Dec 25-29. Unfortunately he was not able to go (he kept trying as we changed his arrival date to the 26th and then the 27th but was still not able to go). He is hoping since you know the manager you could possibly speak with him as the hotel is charging Jeffrey for all the nights due to their cancellation policy. He is hoping the hotel could make an exception. I have spoken to the reservationists a few times as well as my Amex Centurian travel rep. Supposedly Mr. Kijean Dill, Front of House Manager, is to get back with my Amex rep tomorrow but possibly you could help? Jeffrey does plan to go to the hotel at a future date.
