(EWR) on Wed, Jan 13 at 5:20 pm If it's easy to pick up a few groceries, I'd always love — bottles of SmartWater or Dasani water - a few small ones to carry and a few larger ones so I'm prompted to drink a lot a box of pre-washed arugula frozen fish - wild salmon or baramundi or cod or ? one to two pieces per day.
