Hi Brianna...Jeffrey asked me to convey to you and Dr. Rawlins that he was
extremely unhappy with the amount of time he had to wait yesterday...he says even
when he was in the examining room it was an exorbitant amount of time to wait
(..and when he stepped out of the room to make a quick call he was told he must
go back in and could not make his call...only to still wait longer) He is aware
it was a double booking but I'm afraid went away very displeased...
