Daphne and Anna have an excel punch list and we are able to get hyperlink pointing to zip files which work well for PC, but not on the macs. Daphne says that we don't have to be limited to excel if there is something better and an easy user interface for everyone to input and view. At the moment it looks like you're trying to link to images within a recipient's local Dropbox folder from within Excel, and that won't work — path structures are completely different across platforms; people don't always install Dropbox in the default locations — and fundamentally is a wrong-headed idea... You're essentially creating a path to put files onto the boss' computer without his explicit instructions to do so.
