Mark called me to work with him in finding some wonderful things for Mr. Epstein's home because not only am I am designer but a collector of art and antiques. Mark and I have collaborated on many things and he told me what Mr. Epstein (Jeffrey) is looking for and I think I know exactly what, so I am sending a few pictures to start with to see if I am on the right track. My camera is lousy so the photos are not great. If he likes any of these things, I will try to get better pictures. Good things don't last long, however, so if you could let me know right away, I would appreciate it. I hope to meet you and of course, Jeff, because it is always nice to know whom it is you are trying to buy for. I understand he has a beautiful home and I would like to know what he likes and where he needs things. Maybe you could let me know. I have things for sale and I have many, many sources, most, close to the city so he doesn't have such huge shipping charges. I have access to many things that came out of the Rockefeller estate and some of the large estates around the turn of the century. Here are just a few photos to start and they are quite limportant things: 1. Tall French cabinet 15th century approx. 60" x 38", walnut, superbly carved, museum quality (taken from Baltimore mansion) (more photos furnished if interested) 32,000. 2. 3/4 Suit of Armor, black and white , c. 1560, owned by William Randolph Hearst, marked with Nuremberg marks on front, back and helmet; then owned by Tom Hall, curator of The Winchester Gun Museum (good friend of my friend), then owned by Joseph Giustino 35,000. EFTA_R1_00661367 EFTA02079907 3. Pair of Bronze Italian candlesticks, rare size, 29" high to top of large pricket, circa 1600 12,500. 4. English Bible Box (of sorts) but carved box on stand, charming, 17th century, 31" tall 3800. 5. French Bread Cupboard, 17th century, for food storage, 7500. 6. Magnificent 19th century French Breche d'alep pinkish marble Jardiniere, 36" x 26" for the Entry, much more beautiful and rich in person for huge plant 55,000 I have so many more things to send. Let me know if I am even on the right track. I have magnificent bronzes, pottery and a clock that looks like a 45" tall Swiss village and textiles and on and on but I need to know and more armor, swords, helmets, etc. Thanks so much, Annita Henson < I 5thCFrenchCabinetjpg> <ComplcteSuit of Armour.jpg> <BronzcCandlcsticks I .jpg> < I 7thCCabinctOnStancljpg> <SpindledCabinctonStandjpg> <jardiniere jpg> <jardinicrc4.jpg> EFTA_R1_00661368 EFTA02079908
