I apologize if you are receiving this in duplicate, but it is a cause I feel strongly about. In fact, so strongly that I will be sleeping on the street this Friday night in possible rain and cold temperatures. In my opinion a small act for what we are trying to accomplish, which is to bring these young children off the streets. I'll be joined by 10 other "New Canaan Moms" once again in support of Covenant House Shelters in New York City. Please take a minute to watch the videos below which better explain why this is so important. Your support means everything to us and because of your generosity last year we were able to fund a room for the entire year for two young woman and their children. Over the course of the year, both of these woman have moved into the Covenant House "Right of Passage" program, are employed and are working towards their next stage. Once a month, we have the pleasure of working with these woman. They are truly remarkable and have come so far.
