Hi Bob.i am afraid we are in need of Mike the plumber.We just had Norman over to see if he could fix all our leaky outdoor faucets and he says they were installed incorrectly.something is a miss.If you wanted to call Norman, I'm sure he could explain to you the problem.he was going to try to fix, but says it should really be done by the plumber.
