Additionally, Atoms has formed a partnership with Ryan Kavanaugh, CEO and founder or Relativity Media, personally and through his family office Knight Global, to invest a material amount into Atoms. I will be in LA through end of this week and then back to NYC on Monday with Ryan. Relativity Media is currently closing its last pre-IPO financing and there is some capacity left for strategic investors. I mentioned to Ryan our connection, and to the extent it makes sense to meet either in NYC or LA with Ryan to discuss both Atoms and/or Relativity let me know. Hope all is well with you.
