Our house is really dry so I went to check the true steam unit. It is not working. Also I read the manual and noticed that there is supposed have a humidity control device. I do not think we have a humidity control device installed in our house there for the humidifier would never be triggered to kick on. Unless perhaps it is someplace in the house that I do not know. Do you know where it is. Also was this unit installed by the HVAC guys? Would they be the ones to get to the house to check on this to see if was installed correctly.
