To: Bob Caffre Cc: From: Sent 14 1:44:19 PM Subject: fireplace The fireplace needed some batteries replaced in the interior of unit...I asked how could that be when we have barely used it..he said they must have installed fault batteries to begin with...anyway, it is fixed and now the remote works cause of the batteries he replaced inside the unit. so that is good. I have Norman over today trying to fix the threshold that was to be fixed a long time ago...and to take the silicon off the stucco on the side of the house where they patched up the old vent ...that was on the list awhile ago as well... slowly but surely....
