click on the application from this page...do you and Dave have pictures? We will
need 35mmx45mm pictures of both of you for the apps(unless pilots are different
and you don't? I don't know!) Copies of your health insurance and I think you
need to also get an actual copy of your policy...(once again, unless pilots are
different) I know you way more of a pro on this stuff than me!
