Read the Belarus requirements. You must call your insurance company( which I assume is united healthcare and request a foreign coverage letter be faxed to you. It takes 3biz days for a fax. Takes 10-15 biz days to have mailed. They must fax to you only. No 3rd party fax numbers. I will forward you Jeffrey's letter they sent. I also included copy of card and a copy of his policy. Larry told me they are going under JE invitation. They can do it as a tourist visa with an invite from the hotel if they want but then I don't know if this is allowed as they are flying a plane in and clearly not tourists. I have collected back their passports from visa office until we hear more. On way to Belarus place now to see if health insurance stuff for Jeffrey will be enough once we get his passport back.
