The use of one of the apartments, when available, is a gracious gift and much appreciated. While there is no way I could compensate you or Jeffrey on the total capital cost, it seems fair that I could pay for the marginal cost of my stay when an apartment is available, i.e., maid's clean-up cost. If you agree with this, please let me know. Certainly such a token payment would not diminish my appreciation for the opportunity. If you have an apartment available on May 3, it would be much appreciated. If not, it will be totally understood.
