I have a line on topsoil and we can get the seed and plants at Shemins nursery. They bring them over and place them and Danny the excavator will plant them. The excavator is rough grading now and should be done tomorrow with the wall and rough grade. Then Tony can put the back-up generator in and finish up we need done in the house. We ordered the bluestone for the barbeque and they will be working on that tomorrow. We will finally get the permanent pump in tomorrow. I want to be there to make sure it works. I have a guy lined up for final cleaning. That is a bigger job then you think. All the appliances are set up and in working order. I will put the safe down stairs tomorrow. The air-conditioning guy will finish up next week. Push the carpeting guys off as long as you can. May 12 seems ok. The sprinkler guy only needs two days' notice. When I look at all the quotes we have rec'd they include a mini excavator, track machine, kubota tractor, rubber tire skid machine, labor charges, dump charges...if we go buy our plants, who would plant the plants and what about these machines? !
